I hope you aren't lumping Funk in with all Ute fans. He is unique from the regular fan, you know, the kind that actually go to games, and occasionally post positive things about their current team.
And I think the most hated BYU basketball player of most fans would have the last name of Reid, but there are two of them to divide the hate so it's tough to choose just one.
I don't dislike Fredette. He wouldn't even make the top 20 of my most disliked BYU basketball players. Nate Cooper is obviously the most hated cougar of all time.
One minute later, Van Horn took a hard foul from Cooper while going up for a shot in the lane. They scuffled and Van Horn was charged with an unsportsmanlike technical foul. Roberts converted the two free throws and BYU led 32-27.
"I was just hyped and I was worked up,'' Van Horn said. "I overreacted and I apologized after'' the game.
Sounds like Van Horn went too far and was justifiably given a technical.
You could put it that way, or you could more accurately say that Nate Cooper viciously attacked Van Horn because he was embarrassing him on the court. Nate Cooper tried to end the promising career of Van Horn and try to deprive him and his children of millions of dollars. Supporting Cooper is a vote for depriving children of financial support.
Van Horn was or is about 6'9, and Cooper was about 5'9. Where else would strike Keith?

I can't remember what was the outcome of that scuffle. Surely Cooper teed up or ejected and hap to apologize after the game.

Guys, guys, this thread isn't about Nate Cooper, Chris Miles, or even Jimmer. It's not even about Utah losing to #7Arizona on their home court on the same night BYU won on the home court of the #3 team in the nation. It's about BYU beating Gonzaga.
