Dave Rose said something like this the other day: "We need to do a better job of filling our roster with guys who are able to contribute." Sounds like he recognizes that there is a lot of dead weight in the program. This is why we don't need to worry about how many scholarships are available for guys like Aytes right now. Rose can make a couple of schollies available at any time he wants.

Yes I get the jab, but do you find his hops amazing, his quickness stunning, or his agility amazing?

He can shoot, and he is a reliable free throw shooter. And his mid-range game is a throw back to older days. In close near the basket, he is not amazing unless he is fouled. I believe he would be a better player, if he had a Jabari up front and a Tyler Ennis or Marcus Smart at point.

He's 6'4". I'd say most guys 6'4" aren't great near the basket unless they are fouled. Also, FTR, he's averaging 8 FTs a game this year, so he does a pretty damn good job at getting himself fouled and to the line when he is near the basket.

I'm not sure what your point is about playing with Jabari, Ennis and Smart, but who wouldn't be better playing with guys like that?
