That's what I've been saying all along! Finally, someone gets it...took long enough.
I believe we know very well the difference a single player can make. We were a likely final four team last year prior to the suspension of Davies. I don't underestimate the impact Hamilton may have.

You'll be fine...I was just pointing out that LMU is a contender, imo. Not alongside GU, BYU, SMC, yet its not just the Top-3 & "everybody else". The Lions are a step above, very talented group/team, yet shotty coaching. Coach Few claims they are the most physically gifted team from top-to-bottom in the Conference and basically states, "they should be much, much better than they are..." Underperformers if you will.
I view BYU & Gonzaga nearly even this season, so if the Zags can beat LMU at their place WITH Ashley Hamilton, then you guys should realistically win, especially at home.
Plus, Rob Sacre has been playing with a dislocated thumb injury that has caused him to SUCK even worse for us the last week or two. Its effecting his rebounding, shooting, grip on the ball...he had a much better non-conf than conf thus far and he injured it during the Air Force game right before our opener vs Portland.

HR, we just don't lose at home. Count on it. BYU has the second best home record in the country in recent years.

They are actually tied in the loss column. 6 home losses in the past 7 years. Tied with Utah State with only 6 losses. Ahead of Kansas, Ohio State and Duke.
The only reason Utah State has a higher winning percentage is due to them playing 5 more home games than BYU.
It also could be the fact Gonzaga's current RPI is #11, their non-conference SOS(strength of schedule) is #5, and their current overall SOS is #15. Add in the Zags only 3 losses were vs Top-25 opponents could be another reason...BYU would be on similar ground if it weren't for the Utah St loss this particular season.

Which is why I don't understand why Gonzaga should be 5th. They should be a 9-11 seed just like BYU. They're getting rewarded for losses.

I'm glad you said what SOS stood for. I would have been lost without your gloss.
edit: it looks like I know who I'm choosing for my 5-12 upset.

Knock it off. This board has enough problems without a dose of middle-age lechery.
