He has built up alot of goodwill with the hiring of Whit, Urban, and Majerus. If Boylen or Giac had demonstrated any semblance of consistency and success then Hill would be OK. Another horrible hire may end his tenure at Utah. I know this is TIC but there is an element of truth. Most of the large donors that I know have several decades of experience with a successful basketball team. Its what they remember from the time they were kids. They would like to see that return The football success is more recent and doesn't carry the same length of emotional involvement.
