Very ugly start for the Blue BYU.

BYU will win this game by 30+.

I think that was more like 35. That was deep.

Also, WTF is up with the Collinsworth's haircuts? And while we're on hair, I think Hartsock has been taking Rogaine or painting his bald spot. He's not as thin on top as I remember.

Watching this game it is painfully obvious why losing Loyd is such a tremendous loss for this BYU team - where you see Martineau, that would be Loyd - and there is simply no comparison between the two. Loyd was a very good player capable of being great at times, while Martineau probably won't score 20 points this season and looks eerily similar to Murdock or Nashif. Yikes.

Cory Chase for BYU-H was a big time prospect from Lone Peak until he blew out his knee.

Also Ryo Tanaka and Heather Cameron played with my brother in law at Hartnell JC. In fact I think about every senior on that team was offered by BYU-H.

Finally Josh Scott who is a freshman for BYU-H I watched play several times in Highschool here in Lehi. I am shocked he is playing beyond HS.

Oh my goodness. Other than Fredette, Abouo looks like the only guy on the team who is clearly a D-1 caliber talent on a team that hopes to make noise in the NCAAs.

No. I never thought we would. I do think we roll into conference play undefeated. But I expect us to probably lose @ SDSU, @ UNM, and @ UNLV.
