I have to publicly speak to the airmen who got shot down and the second airmen who evaded capture for so long. The coordinated effort of all involved made this a successful rescue and is pretty miraculous that during the rescue operation we did not lose any soldiers either.

shows the superiority of our military and feels good to know we have competent military soldiers and those close to the action and diligently working to keep their men from dying.

I think this also shows the Iranian leadership how out-classed they are by our military..

Would love to hear what some of our military brass thought about the rescue and use of CIA etc. provide misinformation to Iran.

The only positive things Trump does are in response to the consequences of his horrific actions. He the worst government leader at any level in US history and is a complete embarrassment. Every day I think he has reached his max level of incompetence and lack of any redeeming quality only to be see him level up again. I can't believe we have 2.5 more years of this. I wake every morning and I am seriously depressed. I would say that I should check out of paying attention, but we all need to stand as witnesses to what he has wrought. The only way this country survives is if we understand what it has become.
