I like the guard tower in the background but it's missing the caption. Perhaps, "Muchacho, you can kiss that flag goodbye," or "Oh, come on, you didn't buy that 'huddled masses yearning to be free crap'."

Exclusive: Former FBI Director James Comey indicted over alleged ‘threat’ against Trump

Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted Tuesday over a photo of seashells that officials said threatened President Donald Trump, marking the administration’s second attempt to prosecute one of his largest political opponents, three sources first told CNN.

The indictment was brought in the Eastern District of North Carolina. An arrest warrant was issued for Comey by a court clerk.

Comey faces charges of making a threat against the president and transmitting a threat in interstate commerce, according to court documents.

The charges come with a prison sentence of up to 10 years.

All this clamor about the "ballroom" is odd and annoying.

If it was so essential, I think one of the many previous administrations, including Trump's first would've seen it.

Here's the supposed "threat" that scared Trump so bad.

                      But the ballroom won't.

Of course, maybe the next D president will just demolish without notice like Trump did to the East Wing. I don't see how Trump could complain.

Sheesh, I'm old because that was decades ago. The parental units were lucky because they actually got to attend an East Room gala hosted by Reagan.

I get that you think it will end up as a more garish version of Trump Plaza, but you should probably blame every previous president going back to Nixon or Kennedy for kicking the can down the road and leaving it to Trump the Builder to fix.

As far as methods, Presidents can use public funding with the approval of Congress or seek private donations. He found donors, and they are funding it. Win/Win
The "Issue" has nothing to do with the inadequacy of the building for big events. Its all about Trump's to the law and the thoughts of anyone else about the addition. It is not Trump's house. Its the People's House, but he can't understand that.

And we need 200 BILLION dollars to pay for the war in Iran which is already over and won. But we definitely don't need cheaper gas (we can wait another year), better healthcare, or infrastructure. We'll take care of those things after the Arc de Triump.

But then again, don't forget Shaka has been to a White House event and had to sit in a tent, so things are bad all around.

Other presidents have made changes to the White House, some with public money and congressional approval, and some without. The situation room which PAC lovingly visited, used to be a bowling alley. There are other examples.
