Interesting. The plan was just announced. Apparently it puts the burden on states and municipalities to raise the money. 80/20 state/fed, which in a lot of situations is the opposite of prior funding.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Don't mind toll roads especially when exemptions are carved out for HOV. I have a big problem with blanket increases on tab fees though.

Yeah, they should just raise taxes on gas by a couple bucks/gallon instead... then I might be more motivated to buy a tesla.

Sounds like a reasonable stance for a libertarian.

More paranoia, for those who are into that kind of thing:

Vladimir Putin is preparing to meddle in the midterms this year — and America isn't remotely ready

Trump's lawyer claims he paid Stormy Daniels $130,000 out of his own pocket and that Trump didn't reimburse him, directly or indirectly. I'm curious if anyone on the planet believes that. It would be interesting to know how he accounted for that payment from a tax perspective.

Sounds like her hourly rate would make a lawyer jealous.
One of the grandest benefits of the enlightenment was the realization that our moral sense must be based on the welfare of living individuals, not on their immortal souls. Honest and passionate folks can strongly disagree regarding spiritual matters, so it's imperative that we not allow such considerations to infringe on the real happiness of real people.

                    Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Whatever the cause, we can be pretty sure that Russia is going to mucking about as we get closer to November. And it's hard to see how we're going to stop them.

Wait... the lawyer had an affair with the porn star and expected Drumpf to pay for it? We all know that lawyers are scum... this isn't news.

If folks were actually paranoid we would have voter ID everyone (don't give me the bullshit that folks don't have government issued IDs) and voting machines with paper audit trails... let me know when that happens.
