Video from Kenny Laynez-Ambrosio, 18, puts fresh scrutiny on the harsh tactics used to reach the Trump administration’s ambitious enforcement targets

“Another officer says, “They’re starting to resist more now,” to which an officer replies: “We’re going to end up shooting some of them.”

Later in the footage, the officers move on to general celebration – “Goddamn! Woo! Nice!” – and talk of the potential bonus they’ll be getting: “Just remember, you can smell that [inaudible] $30,000 bonus.””

Never. But in that case economically at least it's meaningless because we don't buy anything from there.

If Hawley and AOC are Hitler and Stalin, does that make me Roosevelt or Winston Churchill?

                Either way, you're dead.

Job reports comes out with underwhelming numbers for July, and downward revisions for May and June. So what is the obvious answer? Rethink tariffs? Nah, fire the Dept of Labor person responsible for reporting the numbers. Totally not dictator behavior.

Oh yeah, and the Smithsonian has scrubbed information about Trump’s two impeachments. Why would they do that?

Kind of feels that we are a few months away from an Argentinian fate. If Trump gets his way, the Fed cuts interest rates and we have hyper inflation. We won’t have any reliable statistics. Congress and Supreme Court continue abdicating their roles as checks and balances of the dictatorship. We’ll be able to wipe our butts with worthless $100 bills.
But at least we’ll have an opulent new ballroom that we have somehow survived for 250 years without. And Trump will have his 747 we are spending a billon dollars to refurbish for him.

And that he then gets to just keep. Nice gift, US Americans!

Fully agree with this. This strategy to undermine the non-partisan data gathering and statistical reporting by U.S. Government agencies will end up being catastrophic.

                              Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Agreed. This is a bigger deal than most of the other crap.
"Discipleship is not a spectator sport. We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf
