    Exactly.

This entire episode is a leftist version of the shtick we get from Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, Laura Ingraham, etc. Manufactured outrage. Same dog, different leg.

You quoted Anne Coulter and some freak at the NR. This isn’t solely a leftist freak out, Lindsay Graham and Romney think it’s weird. It’s another example of how Trump has broken the brain and moral compass of the conservative movement.

The entire thing is just dumb.

Your wife is offended by free speech and her reaction is to fly an upside down flag because she’s distressed?

On top of that 3 years later you and Leonard Leo continue to fly the pine tree flag?

Worst case they are coup supporters, best case they are trolling the country. Either way Alito/Thomas should recuse themselves when hearing any case surrounding Trump and his actions around the election.

I still don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility that the Alito(s) harbor some insurrection-adjacent opinions, even if the flags they fly are not limited to January 6th sentiments. Still waiting for the press to find that third flag.

This is pretty typical for you. Rather than debate the actual facts, mock the source, etc with superficial stuff like this. Boring.

Yeah, that is actually typical of a lot of folks on this board... attack the source and not the facts.

Yep and that's how we ended up with Hunter Biden as president.

Do you even read your posts? Honestly.

You said this was a leftist freak out. I gave you two examples of non leftists that freaked out.

You quoted AC and NR and then TedBot post a bunch of pictures of crazy people with a crazy flag like that’s some exoneration of Alito. LOL.

As opposed to simply saying, it’s weird Alito blamed his wife, it’s weird they flew an upside down flag, and now with the second weird flag at his other house it merits serious discussion surrounding his fitness to make judgements regarding the 2020 election cases.

This episode is quintessential Trump era political discussion.

It’s amazing how it’s followed all the other discussions:

You lecture us on how asking for recusal would be problematic/against precedent or norms

JL morphing into TedBot and burrowing into a position while stomping on rakes

USUC pretending to be a libertarian and using it as a cudgel to attack the excesses of the left

FrankRyan being right again while the conservative intelligentsia brigade talks down to him

This should be the easiest issue to find a consensus. It’s insane.
