I'm not going to link to it, but there is an AP story with photographs of a six year old girl who was killed from artillery shelling of a grocery store in Mariupol. I have a 5 1/2 year old little girl. I am fucked up right now. Fuck Russia.

These are old planes that they have kicking around now that they are upgrading to western versions. I wonder how well maintained they are.Originally posted by old_gregg View Post

Love it--classic Trump. Like when he was asked his favorite scripture. Translation: "I have no clue but allow me to bullshit for a moment."
And btw, not on point but comments to this or another tweet took me back to 9/11 when Trump's first apparent comment to the media was that his building, 40 Wall Street, had once again become the tallest building in lower Manhattan. Vintage Trump and classic narcissism in the clinical sense. Zero empathy, and on one of the saddest, most tragic days in American history, his thoughts are fixed on himself. I still don't understand how anyone would want him as our nation's leader.

But, but, but what about <insert-whataboutism-here>? Also, isn't pwning the libs the most important thing? More important than actually having principles and a conscience?Originally posted by PaloAltoCougar View Post

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.
Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Racist xenophobic statements coming from GOP'ers again. Oh wait... just a typical racist hypocrite. Nothing new to see here.
https://www.sfgate.com/national-poli...s-16947581.phpBay Area Rep. Eric Swalwell blasted for proposing kicking Russians out of US universities
[...]
On Friday, it became Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell's turn to receive backlash from both the left and the right. During a CNN appearance Thursday, he floated the idea of "kicking every Russian student out of the United States" as a means of retaliating against Putin.
[...]
Other Twitter users compared Swalwell's proposal to Japanese American incarceration during World War II, while others highlighted the fact that many Russian citizens oppose their government's invasion of Ukraine — with hundreds of Russians being arrested for protesting in recent days. Conservatives also took swipes at Swalwell over the Chinese spy scandal.
