Word of advice: we might start to believe that if you were to post anti-GOP stuff at a rate just a tenth of your anti-liberal stuff. Hell, you could just pick 10 random political tweets, post them, and it would probably be more balanced than what you normally do. Ted, can you provide an example of how I’ve bent myself into a pretzel by arguing that Trump is significantly worse as a politician (or even simply as a human being) than the typical, run-of-the-mill politico?

One could write books detailing Trump’s vileness (actually, many have and many more will), but I’ll provide just one example. No other U.S. President, before or after Trump, has so strongly attacked and undermined public confidence in our democratic system and the Constitution, while bolstering the autocratic systems of our rivals and enemies. His incessant statements (Goebbels-esque, frankly) about how our system is rigged, that third world countries have elections more honest than ours, that the states’ voting systems are fraudulent, etc., are demonstrably false and destructive. His words are used in Russia and China to show their people how bad western democracy is. Doesn’t that concern you? I hope Biden is a one-term president, but if Trump is his opponent, I’ll take Joe in perpetuity. I also won’t avoid hard choices by never voting for nonviable candidates while mocking those who do.
