I don't know if a guy like Rubio really wants that- just haven't followed him. Of course, in politics you need to leave room for negotiation- not start in the middle.

I think Rubio is playing coy, but when given the opportunity, he did not endorse a rape or incest exception:

The party has been trying to rid itself of the doof since he announced he was running, has cringed with every stupid statement he has made, and would love nothing more than for him to simply disappear. You don't think Trump is keenly aware of the party's disdain of him? If he gets elected, he will be just as much of a loose cannon then as he is now. I would love to see Trump debating Hillary as he would not back down from her, but him winning the nomination would be disastrous to the Republican party. It is already disastrous that he is in a position this late where he even has a chance to win.
