I think Rubio is playing coy, but when given the opportunity, he did not endorse a rape or incest exception:

Q: You favor a rape and incest exception to abortion bans.
RUBIO: I'm not sure that that's a correct assessment of my record.

Q: You don't favor a rape and incest exception?

RUBIO: I have never said that. And I have never advocated that. What I have advocated is that we pass law in this country that says all human life at every stage of its development is worthy of protection. In fact, I think that law already exists. It is called the Constitution of the United States. And let me go further. I believe that every single human being is entitled to the protection of our laws, whether they can vote or not. Whether they can speak or not. Whether they can hire a lawyer or not. Whether they have a birth certificate or not. And I think future generations will look back at this history of our country and call us barbarians for murdering millions of babies who we never gave them a chance to live.

    Cruz is worse:
“Now do you believe that unborn babies are persons within the meaning of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment and, if so, will you call on Congress to use its authority under the 14th Amendment pursuant to Section Five, to protect the unborn?” George asked. “Or do you take the view, as some do, that we can’t do that until Roe v. Wade is overturned either by the court itself or by constitutional amendment? Where do you stand on that?”

“Listen, absolutely, yes,” Cruz replied. “I think the first obligation of everyone in public office is to protect life. Life is foundational. In fact, as you look at the Declaration, that ordering of unalienable rights — life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness — I think is a very deliberate ordering.”

“I very much agree with the pope’s longstanding, and the prior popes’ before him, longstanding call to protect every human life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death,” he added.

“And we can do that by Congressional action without waiting for the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade?” George pressed the candidate.

“Absolutely yes, under the 14th Amendment,” Cruz replied.

"...you pointy-headed autopsy nerd. Do you think it's possible for you to post without using words like "hilarious," "absurd," "canard," and "truther"? Your bare assertions do not make it so. Maybe your reasoning is too stunted and your vocabulary is too limited to go without these epithets."
"You are an intemperate, unscientific poster who makes light of very serious matters.”

She is a liar who is incompetent in all of her professional appointments and who can solicit 500,000 dollar speaking opportunities for her husband. Trump is a buffoon who will be controlled by the party. He is the lesser of two evils.
"Guitar groups are on their way out, Mr Epstein."

Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Are you up in the night? Trump is uncontrollable. I can't believe you see him as the lesser of two evils if you paid even passing attention to what he says. Maybe you are trolling, in which case I fell for it.

What leads you to believe that Trump will be controlled by the party? The party has been trying to rid itself of the doof since he announced he was running, has cringed with every stupid statement he has made, and would love nothing more than for him to simply disappear. You don't think Trump is keenly aware of the party's disdain of him? If he gets elected, he will be just as much of a loose cannon then as he is now. I would love to see Trump debating Hillary as he would not back down from her, but him winning the nomination would be disastrous to the Republican party. It is already disastrous that he is in a position this late where he even has a chance to win.

I don't have it in me to say that Hillary is the lesser of two evils. However, I also don't have it in me to say that Trump is the lesser of two evils either.

                • Trump, who has the deepest pockets, doesn't have spend much... but he is still the most talked about candidate.

The one thing he knows how to do well is play the media.

You cannot run a bureaucracy without the party affiliates. Appointments are directed by the Party. It is naive, as Carter learned, that you can come to Washington with a team of outsiders. Trump is about Trump and will use GOP functionaries to do the business of government. Although his campaign speeches are full of buffoonery, he is not an idiot. He is campaigning to the lowest common denominator.

Hillary has sold her soul and would be another Carter, incapable of governing but she would reap huge financial profits after her first term.

So wait, Trump will be controlled by the party but Hillary would not at the expense of being ineffective? You seem to think that Trump is pragmatic and Hillary is not. I think is should be flipped. Bill Clinton was extremely pragmatic and that it what made him a successful president. For all the things I do not like about Hillary, I don't worry that she would be inflexible and unwilling to work with the republicans as Obama has been.

You must have missed the last Democratic debate, when she said Republicans were the enemy she was most proud of making.

                            • Oh, geez. Trump just advocated talking to "Bill Gates and a lot of other people who understand how these things work" in order to close off the internet.

At this point he has to be trolling. He has to be thinking, how outlandish can I be and still garner support.
