Upon rejecting the Beatles, Dick Rowe told Brian Epstein of the January 1, 1962 audition for Decca, which signed Brian Poole and the Tremeloes instead.

Ranges and advanced training is good, but what is really important is learning how to react under pressure. Likely much of this is innate and can't fully be taught, but you need to be able to control and channel adrenaline, and eliminate tunnel vision.Originally posted by Topper View PostThe range is fine but advances courses focus upon urban environments and real life scenarios. Maybe someone should set up a gofundme account for Toya Graham's children to go to college. Getting him an education and out of that neighborhood is probably the best way to keep her son from ending up like Freddie Gray.sigpic

Five cops charged in Gray's death.

Something I did not know: According to Jerry Heller's book, LAPD employs 8,400 officers to patrol 465 square miles of beat, whereas NYPD has 39,110 officers for 321 square miles. This is allegedly the cause of the LAPD's aggressive philosophy.

Anyone have per capita figures available?
Not sure about LA per se, but I know Beverly Hills officers always operate by the book."I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

Many people who read Drudge will think these charges are politically motivated anyway.Originally posted by Northwestcoug View PostFive cops charged in Gray's death.
