Walk me through this Ted. If the laptop is such a victory lap for Trump, what possible downside is there to go on 60 minutes, do the interview, and rub their faces in it? At the very least, he burnishes his MAGA bonifides and projects strength, no matter how bad 60 minutes might portray him. Instead, he's complaining about not getting an apology at his rallies. Very low energy, and might I say, pretty low IQ decision.

The suppression/censoring of Hunter's laptop (by the Harris-Biden administration) was most likely the reason that Trump lost the 2020 election... I'll let JD walk you through it:

I’m probably in the minority here but I find it really distasteful when politicians use colorful language. I guess I just like the allusion of decorum that existed a decade or so ago.

And why won't Harris go on, say, Tucker Carlson's show? Is it because Tucker won't let her use a teleprompter and give her the questions beforehand?

I am guessing the reason Trump doesn’t go on 60 minutes is because 60 minutes isn’t a real news program. They can’t be unbiased, not unethically edit their video (eg, edit in an answer from a different question), never admit they were wrong in a previous report and issue a redaction, etc. but who cares. News programs like that are obsolete. People watch podcasts now.

It is hilarious you can say that with a (I’m assuming) straight face. Here’s some of Trump’s recent ‘interviews’:

Hugh Hewitt, Sheryl Attkisson, Fox News and Friends, Dave Ramsay, Greg Guttfield, Maria Bartiromo, Theo Von, Adin Ross.

I’m sure these people held themselves to higher journalistic standards than 60 Minutes…

A better question is why Tucker Moscow Rose Carlson is given legitimacy by anyone of influence. The guy is the epitome of a hack journalist. He should've been shunned by reasonable people after that billion dollar lawsuit unmasked his dishonesty.

So Mark Milley, the former Joint Chief of Staff chair, said Trump is fascist to the core. That's not something a woke community college instructor said, Milley knew Trump and worked in his administration. People should care more about what he says than what Ben Shapiro, Dennis Prager or Tucker Carlson does

“He is the most dangerous person ever. I had suspicions when I talked to you about his mental decline and so forth, but now I realize he’s a total fascist. He is now the most dangerous person to this country,” Milley told Woodward, adding that he fears Trump would have him court-martialed in a second term.

Wow… I didn’t realize that Trump has given so many interviews later… How many has Harris given lately? How many has she given without the aid of teleprompters or other aid technology?

As for 60 minutes maybe the show release the raw footage of the interview and transcripts to prove their ethics.
