My first programming job out of college was with a multimedia company. (I did the back-end programming on the projects and ran a dev team.) We did everything from Shockwave/Flash/web/DVD/ CD-Rom to full on video and audio production. We did plenty of political stuff ads for both the internet and TV/radio. None of it was cheap to produce. A lot of money is spent creating ads.

No doubt, but isn't that the cost of doing business? The market/environment changes. Those are the risks one takes. Otherwise Blockbuster is well to sue Netflix for innovating a new digital content delivery channel. The Repubs should just counter and dump Trump as their nominee and elevate the Hillbilly. That will really screw the Dems.

Some of her policy positions I find issues with:

- She co sponsored the green new deal
- she wants to ban fracking
- She wants to legalize abortion nationally without any restrictions
- we clearly disagree on the border with her overseeing record illegal crossings and I support increased immigration through work visas
- she’s for an increase in the corporate tax rate to at least 28% if not all the way to 35%
- she supports student loan debt foregiveness more so than Biden
- she supported extensive cuts to police budgets in some cities in California, so she’s sympathetic to the defund police movement
- she’s aligned with Bernie Sanders on Medicare for all.

I agree with her on some things, but I most of what we agree on doesn’t really matter.

Very good list. Dems need to be ready for these as the Trump team will be on blast to define Kamala before she has a chance to define herself.

Isn't the onus on her to clarify or update her positions? These were publicly endorsed by her. Those are her positions until she amends them.

Exactly. All this lavish praise of Biden for putting country first makes me want to barf. He stepped down at least a year too late. The damage has been done.

And just think… Kamala Harris was Grandpa Joe’s accomplice in all of this. She meet with him often, saw the mental decline, and said/did nothing. Instead she downplayed his condition with the rest of them. She could have said something and got others to talk him into actually putting the country first before it was too late. She had a front row seat and just let it happen. And the Democratic Party rewarded her by making her the party’s nominee without even winning a primary vote. She will be responsible for putting Trump back into the White House.

It would have been dumb to undermine him publicly. Who knows what the conversations were like behind closed doors.

Go ahead and make that assumption I guess, but we should at least recall that most of those positions were outlined during her race to the left at the very beginning of the campaign. That was a time when you had to say something crazy to get noticed in the crowded democrat field. She still said them, but the context is relevant.
