Man, Utah is going to sh*t fast... Remember what Heber C. Kimball said:

Nate Silver did a rundown the other day of how his model performed in the election, including states where Trump most overperformed and underperformed predictions. The most "Underperformed predictions" state was Utah (Overperformed was California). His comment on Utah:

"Utah has gradually been getting more purple, between attracting a tech-sector workforce and Mormons not always being so keen on Trump. Is it going to be a swing state in 2028? No. But if you told me it was by 2040, I wouldn't be shocked"

Well, for one day at least.

                  • This just seems cruel:

WASHINGTON, Nov 8 - A U.S. judge in Texas on Thursday ruled against President Joe Biden's program offering a path to citizenship for certain immigrant spouses of U.S. citizens, a blow that could keep the program blocked through Biden's final months in office.

U.S. District Judge J. Campbell Barker found the program, which offers a path to citizenship to around 500,000 immigrants who entered the U.S. illegally if they are married to U.S. citizens, exceeded Biden's executive authority

The initiative, known as Keeping Families Together, launched in August but was blocked days later by Barker, who left it frozen while he considered a legal challenge brought by Texas and a coalition of U.S. states with Republican attorneys general.

I have a hard time seeing some of these heritage foundation judge ruling as not being informed by political mandate rather than principle. I know I'm biased but the decisions that lead to executive restraint seem to always hone in on liberal policies.

There is a crisis of confidence in the judiciary by half the country and whether you believe it is merited or not, that's a problem.

This list is nonsense. I bet the compiler of list list could only verify like 5 of these. Ted, your guy won. You can stop with these low level tweets. You guys are the adults in the room now.

                              • Kamala Harris legacy... she left the Dem party in debt and made lots of millionaires:

Just like Obama did (which Hillary said contributed to her loss to Trump).
