In case you haven't heard, there is an RV outside the DNC providing free vasectomies and abortion pills.

That's all he got passed with a veto-proof supermajority in the Senate and control of the House and it wasn't popular at the time and has since been severely gutted. Remember that they did get a version passed in the Senate that couldn't pass the house. Then Kennedy died and they lost their supermajority when Massachusetts elected a GOP senator for the first time in forever...just because the ACA that was passed was not palatable. Then they finally got it all done through the reconciliation process.

Obama should have had a rubber stamp for two years and he doesn't have much to show for it

This sounds like it belongs at the beginning of a Godspeed You! Black Emperor song.

I hear that, but in what ways has the ACA really been gutted? What major parts of it have changed? As far as I know, the changes to insurance company regulations, medicaid coverage, etc. have stayed the same.

Well if he wasn't before he's going to now. RFK Jr. is going to support Trump. Ted now has cover!

require people to be insured by fining them if they weren’t. There is no fine so people are not compelled to be insured. But you are correct that a number of other provisions (the ones people like) remain.
