    lol.

Ted, this is the perfect time to make a principled libertarian stand voting for the lesser of two evils!

      Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

Ted, I highly recommend the novel Billy Lynn’s Long Halftime Walk by Ben Fountain as your next read. It won the NBCC award and was also a finalist for the National Book Award, so you don’t even have to take my word for it that it’s worth reading. It does an excellent job pointing out the conditional and often faux support of the troops and military service by large numbers of “patriotic” Americans. In fact, he uses Texans in particular to drive home some of his best points.

I doubt reading it would change your mind on much, but it would at least give you a good idea of how you sound to others when you parrot this stuff.

When you say "actual libertarians," what you mean is Jacob Grier imploring other libertarians to do so. Libertarian is a meaningless word now. AnCaps voting for Trump. Reason and Cato folks voting for neither.

            • Kamala’s strategy is not telling you policies and not letting you see her in an unscripted context. But even the leftest media is even going after her now.

For Dems it’s not about policy… it’s who they are told to vote for. They don’t even need primaries. I guess it is easier to not have to think for themselves.

Also, you're telling us that the Military has never in its history changed its mind about troop deployment? Never issued a notice and then not deployed the affected units?

It's incredible that the GOP keeps pushing this line because they literally have nothing else on the guy.
I’m not telling you, it’s your news channel telling you. They interviewed his commanding officer. LOL.. you didn’t even watch the interview, did you?

He lied about his record and the people he served with are calling him out.

                  • Dude is bizarre. His vision of making America great again?

At 2021 O.C. event, JD Vance said divorces after unhappy, ‘even violent’ marriages ‘didn’t work out for the kids’

“This is one of the great tricks that I think the sexual revolution pulled on the American populace,” Vance said. “Which is this idea that like, well, OK, these marriages were fundamentally — you know, they were maybe even violent, but certainly they were unhappy. And so getting rid of them, and making it easier for people to shift spouses like they change their underwear, that’s going to make people happier in the long term.”

He added: “And maybe it worked out for the moms and dads, though I’m skeptical. But it really didn’t work out for the kids of those marriages. And I think that’s what all of us should be honest about. We’ve run this experiment in real time and what we have is a lot of very, very real family dysfunction that’s making our kids unhappy.”

There apparently was on a scary helicopter ride with a black person, but it was an LA city councilman and state senator, not Willie Brown. Trump says he knows Willie Brown very well, but can't tell a tall black person from a short black person.

And Trump's been calling the NYT "failing" for many years, and yet the organization continues to hang on. But as with all things, Trump knows more about failiing companies than anyone (Trump Shuttle, Trump casinos, Trump Steaks, Trump Mortgage, Trump University, Trump Vodka, Trump--The Game, Trump Magazine, The New Jersey Generals, Trump Network, Trump Plaza Hotel, etc. .... )..

The sequence of events doesn't make sense. CSM Julin claims he he spoke with Walz in April 2005 and Walz said he was going forward. In May 2005, Walz has his last day of service. MN NG said Walz applied for retirement 6 months before his retired date, so around November 2004. Somehow, between May and July 2005, CSM Julin never finds out that a CSM under his purview has been replaced.

So is CSM Julin claiming that a high school teacher with no political pull got his retirement expedited, applying sometime after the April meeting and leaving in May? Or is it more likely that, 6 months before May 2005, before the February 2005 meeting in which Walz was informed of the Notice of Sourcing, Walz dropped his retirement packet?

That's sounds like a way of complicating very tiny political movements. Like when legit far leftists are arguing if they are Maoists, Marxist-Leninists, Anarcho-Syndicalists, Utopian Socialists etc - They are arguing the posters and decals they use and flags they fly and how smart they sound. But it's all kind of the same thing - quixotic nonsense at best.

"Libertarians" are much more prominent, both in numbers and in influence, in the US than the Marxist groups you list here. This is a silly attempt to minimize the movement. Don't let the Mises Caucus takeover and implosion fool you into believing Americans aren't a libertarian leaning people (social issues on the left. Economic issues on the non Trumpright).

Ending the draft, normalizing markets, legal weed, gay marriage, gun rights, etc. Etc. Etc. It's actually quite an impactful movement. Qixotic nonsense at best you say?
