You answered your own question here. As many of us have said, we would take a declining Biden over trump any day. The concern is the general public won’t and it increases trumps chance of getting reelected.

I don’t think it’s accurate that they are at the same level of cognitive decline. Seeing Biden shuffle along as he walks, with his existing stutter that he has had his whole life, and his mumbling and slow responses, his appearance of decline is much higher than trumps.

Trumps decline is definitely on its way, he is starting to have more and more gaffes, and it seems to be accelerating like Biden’s did, but there is definitely a big gap in perception of the two even if in reality that gap is less.

"Partisan" isn't really a needed adjective. As not voting for Trump isn't an overtly petty issue. Voting for the reanimated corpse of John McCain is more in keeping with common sense than voting for Trump and it's has little to do with party.
It's a relevant distinction because Trump and MAGA is authoritarian, post-conservative territory and should be framed as such.

The GOP is under control of a death cult. They are in a headlock until Trump dies. The DNC is supposed to be the more rational and realistic party at the moment. I dont feel as if they understand the gravity of the situation and navigating the MAGA world of politics.

Although the conspriacy part of my brain kind of believes that the DNC and Biden knows full well that he wont be the nominee but they are waiting for Trump to be solidified as the nominee after Super Tuesday.
