I could say a lot on this since I know a company that has a lot of acreage on federal lands, most of which is not in Texas. Let's just say that with the levels of capital being put into the ground domestically, it'll be interesting to see where oil prices go in the next 6-12 months. Most companies slashed budget last spring and they aren't adding back much if anything for 2021.
