Sure. They can simply refuse to open the door. The process server will note any details, including a description of any hints that the target is actually home and avoiding service, rather than not being home. It depends on how the Plaintiff wants to move forward. The Plaintiff can ask that the Defendants be served by alternate means.Originally posted by arizonaute View PostComment
