Obama did it so it must be bad.

Wrong. President Obama is the smartest President we have had in my memory. That would mean if he did it, it would be good.

Don't worry, they are still facing trial on other charges in federal court in Nevada.

This lawyer Marcus Mumford must have done a helluva job for these Oregon wildlife refuge nutjobs.

They were charged with things like preventing the wildlife refuge employees from doing their jobs and bringing firearms into the refuge. Pretty sure there isn't any doubt that's what they did.

              I must be missing something.

It was racist. The verdict was racist. If a bunch of black or brown people had done the exact same thing they'd be in prison for decades.

Not too good of a job. He ended up getting tased, tackled and arrested after insisting his clients were free to go. (They weren't).

He was a third year law student my first year of law school. One of the smartest people around and super nice too. Whatever people think of the people on trial, I find it disturbing that he was tased and arrested for asking to see documentation.

This does not surprise me. Is Beck still a Mormon?
                            Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

                              I think so.

Trump has turned me into a Glenn Beck fan.

While I admire Beck for his current honesty, he seems emotionally fragile. It was just a few months ago he was praying and fasting for Cruz, and fearing for the future of the country. And now he is remorseful for how he treated Obama.

Maybe it's just because he wears his heart on his sleeve. But his swings are certainly whiplash-inducing.
