    Could be... I was testing my theory that the switch was bad while it was plugged in. Some of the other guys were freaked out about that and most likely ratted me out to the Church.

      Well that stinks. Those big vacuums saved a lot of time. Somebody at Kirton and McConkie probably pushed this through.

          He started off talking about the principles of just war using the Book of Mormon (I refrained from bringing up Augustine's/Aquinas's just war theory). Things get a bit fuzzy in the middle because I zoned out (it's Apple's fault). When I came back, he was reading quotes from various prophets and general authorities about freedom and our nation's future, including a quote from the White Horse prophecy. There was also some political stuff thrown in for good measure. I'm a pretty conservative guy, but I felt like the lesson was too political and more negative than it needed to be.
