Oh, and sister missionaries called to Brazil aren't allowed to buy or wear them while they are there. Most don't even know about the difference, and it seems like the difference has been around for a while as the Brazilians were shocked at the American version.

Is this unique to Brazil or do other South American countries have this available as well? In say... Uruguay? I may have a connection.

I have been buying short sizes since they began making two piercers (yes, I am that old).

wtf is wrong with you people? i ass-u-med everyone bought short length? it isnt some special secret thing. You can just ask for them and they give them to you.

I have been on the short length train for a long time. I think they've gotten wise somewhere along the way because the short length has now become "short length."

I'm only 5 feet tall and even the petite ones usually are mid-thigh for me. I could see taller ladies getting away with wearing some very short shorts if they get the petite length.
