      1. In HS I spend the night at a cabin with some friends, including girls. One hottie ended up in bed with me and we were making out pretty good. At about 4 am, after going at it all night long, I finally put my hand on her chest (on top of her tee-shirt). That lasted about 5 seconds. Just before the sun rose, we went outside to watch the sun rise. As it was about to crest the hills, I turned around and told her I didn't deserve to see the sunrise because I had touched her boob (through her tee-shirt).

      2. Just before leaving on my mission I lectured my brother, telling him that he shouldn't go the the AC/DC concert because the Spirit would not be there and he should be preparing for his mission. 3 people died at that concert, getting trampled, IIRC. But now I wish I had been there with him--nice and safe in the back.

      3. On my mission I always went to bed on time. Even on New Year's Eve, staying over at the DL's apartment (because we had a mission conference on New Year's Day). They put my hand in warm water and put shaving cream in my other hand. I yelled at them pretty good after waking up.

      4. An Black WWII veteran (on Officer and one of the coolest guys I've ever met) investigated the Church and attended services a couple of times. He was really interested and actually read most of the Book of Mormon. Finally he asked if we believed that his black skin was a curse. I looked him in the eye and as lovingly as possible gave him the answer straight out of Doctrines of Salvation by Jos. Fielding Smith. He called us later that week and asked us to not come back or call him again. This is the think I am most ashamed of, of all the rotten things I have done in my life, if I could only take back one, this would be it. I look forward to meeting him again one day and apologizing.

I was so hard-core. I was so all in. I am so glad I have gained some perspective and relaxed. I sure hope my kids don't end up like I was.
