That queso is my favorite thing. You should try it next time.

Nice! Glad you enjoyed. I'll actually be out that way visiting family this weekend+ and I'm sure I'll stop by for a couple tacos at some point.

Yeah, I tried those when I was there a few years back. Don't remember which location, but they were tasty.

If you can drive a little bit, take Los Al Blvd up to PCH, turn left, and drive PCH over to HB until you're at the pier at pick yourself up some Sancho's Tacos. Have yourself an OG or two and a Federale and thank me later.

    1. Pre-heat air fryer
    2. Open TJ's cauliflower and empty into a bowl. Sure you could use a whole head of cauliflower, but that is another 3-5 minutes you would waste washing and cutting it up!

    3. Drizzle some olive oil over the cauliflower, sprinkle with kosher salt, and mix together. When feeling extra fancy, I add in some garam masala or something similar
    4. Cook for 15 minutes at 390 degrees, stirring every 5 minutes. I like to cook it until it looks a little burnt, the exterior gets very crisp, and most of the water is cooked out so it is very light and fluffy.

I do the same thing with brussel sprouts and broccoli, but cauliflower is my favorite for lunch.

It could be because I'm hungry, but that sounds really good. The missus likes to roast brussel sprouts. She cuts them in half and drizzles some thickened balsamic among other things.

yes. i probably tried them for the first time about 5 or 6 years ago, maybe they are better now - not sure. it's a simple burger, so perhaps nothing special, but very good and it's hard to find a better burger within a 30 mile radius.
