The days when I eat a heavy lunch are the worst.

on days when I golf 18 holes, I might fit in another snack of some sort—peanuts, another protein bar, etc.
    Why haven't I tried this?

I am happy you all enjoy your lunches but I will stick with my habit of sipping on hot water all day and skipping lunch.

Corn dog dipped in blueberry compote. I do love mixing sweet with savory.

When I went to the Potala Palace it was freezing cold in winter. The smell of yak butter butter burning in lamps, coupled with the smell of burning incense, was nauseating. Tibetans also rubbed yak butter on their faces to prevent chapping.

I am game. A bit of a road trip, but it's still great bike weather.
