Ha! The first of a long string of whoppers told in her interviews. I don't buy that number for a second."There is no creature more arrogant than a self-righteous libertarian on the web, am I right? Those folks are just intolerable."

Just saw The Debt. Boy that Jessica Chastain is lovely. And Sam Worthington makes for a great brooding lead man.
The movie featured a nice love triangle between Chastain, Worthington, and Martin Csokas, a Hungarian from New Zealand of all places. (Like 99% of all working Kiwi actors, Csokas rose to prominence via the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and Zena Warrior Princess.)
When I think back on all famous movie love triangles, these are the most tragically appealing ones:
Casablanca
Gone with the Wind
Tequila Sunrise (Loved this one with Michelle Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell, and Mel Gibson.)
Internal Affairs
I don't consider Dr. Zhivago to have a love triangle, exactly.

Finally saw Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - and while it was just fine, I can't help but have problems with the gratuitous nudity. I usually don't mind it, mostly because I'm desensitized and don't care, but this series is supposed to be about revealing the social injustices and sexual crimes committed against women that go unnoticed. And therefore the exploitation of women. So we show five different sex scenes that are mostly unnecessary just because we can?
Ironic, at best.what I am is what I am and I does what I does.

We saw this with the kids a week ago and really enjoyed it. I have several TinTin books that I used for language study so it is fun to see the transition to the big screen. Who knows, maybe Asterix is next.Originally posted by Katy Lied View PostThe Adventures of TinTin. Boy what a rollicking good time. Haywire. Very entertaining (if you like watching an attractive woman kick the crap out of various bad guys), well-paced and a satisfying ending. Not a great movie, but an enjoyable one. Steven Soderbergh usually puts out a good film and this is another. Somewhat surprisingly, Mrs. PAC enjoyed it quite a bit.

I agreed with you, sadly Mrs. Grace didn't agree with Mrs. Pac.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
