While he was on top of Jesse you could see when he took a bullet, presumably from a ricochet. With bullets piercing first the car body, the building wall, and then stuff in the room I appreciated the fact that the field of fire expanded well beyond a horizontal plane.

Right, or just his "oh shit, he busted me" to Walt calling him out on the fact that he never offed Jesse like he said he would. I can't recall exactly what they shook on, but remember Jack asking Walt to shake on something out in the desert? Even though he's a POS, it did seem that Jack had some type of code.Originally posted by Pheidippides View PostNot to me at all. Call Jack whatever you want, he had a bizarre moral code of honor. Thought this was a cool essay on Breaking Bad and the tv anti-hero trend:

If this is a show about good and evil, it had to take a stab at what good might look like beyond Jesse’s tears, and if that was a little unsatisfying—perhaps because it came via a character the show had trained us to see as, if not Satan, at least a monster—then so be it. It was a tentative stab at something new. At growth.Last edited by SteelBlue; 09-30-2013, 10:08 AM.
