Whilst getting a haircut, I was treated to a twenty-minute debate between two barbers on Superman vs. Batman. Among the deep thoughts that emerged from the discussion were (i) the absurdity of the fight, since Superman would obviously kick Batman's ass, (ii) unless Batman had his costume made from Kryptonite, but (iii) Kryptonite can't be made into a fabric so that's a stupid idea, (iv) so how about Spiderman vs. Batman, at least Peter Parker had some superpowers, (v) yeah, I guess, but do you think Superman could have had a kid with Lois Lane, 'cause the baby would obviously punch through her uterus, and (vi).... Best 'cut in a long time.Comment
