Whenever I think of some random bit of pseudo-clever idiocy that might make someone chuckle, like the dick joke I posted above, I write it down in a TOP SECRET file tentatively titled Robin Finderson's Comedy Routine. Some day I will take it to the stage and become famous, but not until after both of my parents die. That is the long view plan for bringing shame and infamy to CUF.

This belongs in Current Events, but doesn't merit its own thread. I was at once sickened and yet amused by CNN's report
that a NYC TV exec has been found guilty of murdering his wife. The first two sentences of the article read:
After a three-week trial and one hour of deliberations, an upstate New York jury on Monday found Muzzammil "Mo" Hassan guilty of second-degree murder for beheading his wife. In February 2009, Hassan, who founded a TV network aimed at countering Muslim stereotypes...

I went to the bathroom at the Bechtler Museum in Charlotte yesterday. The toilet said "Toto" on it. I was excited to see a washlet in action. It wasn't that kind of Toto."Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action. His actions are supposed to reflect his ethical code.

Just another reason not to go hunting:
They're probably in the same ward or stake. Awkward.REXBURG, Idaho (AP) — A 57-year-old Rigby man has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge for mistaking another man for a deer and shooting him in the chest, putting him in a coma for weeks and causing him to lose a lung and most of the use of his right arm.
The Post Register reports Mark Later pleaded guilty Feb. 9 to injuring another by careless handling and discharge of firearms. Later acknowledged shooting Korby Hansen with a .12-gauge shotgun while both men were hunting in Madison County in October.
Magistrate Judge Mark Rammell sentenced Later to two years of supervised probation and 30 days in jail. Later can cut his jail time in half if he passes a hunter-education course and speaks about his experience to hunter-education classes.

Is hunting deer w/ a 12-guage shotgun legal? Or even feasible - how close would you have to be to deliver a lethal shot?Originally posted by LA Ute View PostJust another reason not to go hunting:

Probably used a slug. A lot of places back east require that you use a shotgun instead of a rifle. I guess it's because of the population density.Originally posted by hostile View PostIs hunting deer w/ a 12-guage shotgun legal? A Toto washlet will be my Moby Dick. A real friend would let his friend use his washlet. It has a self-cleaning wand, and our ass-cheeks have shared seat space before.Originally posted by Tim View PostToto makes a lot more than just washlets, friend."Wuap's "problem" is that he is smart & principled & committed to a moral course of action.
