For you it's about the same as every other thread (sniping and whining).

Why? Are you looking to study up? There's plenty of room for improvement.

I had the same thought, babs. It's the reason Grace's post made me chuckle. You may be sniping and whining, but you do it well.

When I come home I act very sad that my work socks are stuck on my feet and that no one will take them off for me. My 4 yo always comes running and very cheerfully (and with some effort) removes. I love having someone else take off my socks. I love that my sweet little girl enjoys being that person.

When my siblings and I were little, we used to fight for the privilege of taking my Dad's boots and socks off when he got home.

Last night reminded me of a couple more - watching a lightning storm over the Great Salt Lake and to quote Rubert Holmes - getting caught in the rain

I may be small, but I'm slow.

oops - my fingers don't work in this early in the morning I meant to say Rupert Holmes

                                I actually hate that song
