I had the same thought, babs. It's the reason Grace's post made me chuckle. When I come home I act very sad that my work socks are stuck on my feet and that no one will take them off for me. My 4 yo always comes running and very cheerfully (and with some effort) removes. I love having someone else take off my socks. I love that my sweet little girl enjoys being that person.

Last night reminded me of a couple more - watching a lightning storm over the Great Salt Lake and to quote Rubert Holmes - getting caught in the rainLast edited by happyone; 08-03-2011, 05:53 AM.
I may be small, but I'm slow.
A veteran - whether active duty, retired, or national guard or reserve is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to, "The United States of America ", for an amount of "up to and including my life - it's an honor."
