Do you use a case Coach?

I have a leather case for my iPad 2 and it's not bulky at all. Some are -- my wife bought one from Pottery Barn that was ridiculous and she brought it back. Besides protection, I think a leather one also makes it easier to grip and that's an important consideration IMO. Before we bought the case, the iPad was just waiting to be dropped.

I would still like to get that tablet, but unfortunately it didn't come out in time for Christmas. By the looks of the pre-orders, it is selling very well. Definitely the best specc'd tablet yet. But that doesn't mean much if I can't get it in my hands.

Because I'm impatient. Also, there's the chance that if I let a major holiday or birthday slip by without a present, my wife will try to convince me to wait until the next major holiday or birthday.

no way. I saw those things earlier this year at CES and thought they were rad. $80 is a bite but I guess it is worth it if it extends your battery life so much. How thick is the one for your phone? The ones they were showing at CES seemed a little clunky. Maybe they have slimmed down a bit since then. Did you buys yours online?

It was a Christmas present from my wife. She bought it online. I'm trying to post a photo of one in my hand so you can get an idea of its size. I don't think it's clunky, but that's a personal taste thing. I'm happy to trade a little clunkiness for being able to flick a tiny switch and watch my battery indicator go from 20% to 75%.
