                    I'm not offended by the word, DD. I'm not particularly easy to offend. In fact, I let your post about banging bitches in high school pass. But when you find a couple of more excuses to post arguably misogynistic crap, and all in one thread, I think it's time for somebody to suggest that you lay off a bit.

                    I speak for no one but myself here, but here's my understanding: We have a laissez faire policy here. Nobody's going to tell you what you can or can't say. But we are going to request that you use a modicum of courtesy and at least a little common sense when deciding what to post. This is a board full of middle-aged mormon men, a few apostates, and even fewer women. Not many here really appreciate seeing women in general referred to as bitches. (That said, there's a longstanding and well-warranted exception for those wanting to call babs out on her bitchy days, of which this might well be one.)

The best thing to do with Babs' point (mostly correct) and her attitude in making the point (which I guess is not appreciated by most people here, who probably think it should have been made via PM, instead of making a welcome and valued newb feel overly self-conscious about what it means to participate on this really nice and fun and overall easygoing board), is to ignore it completely, and to only consider it as if it had been sent by PM instead of what was done.
