Last week still stings, especially with FLA and MIA both losing today, but what an exciting season overall. We’ll see what bowl season brings.
So our quest to add a quality opponent in Coastal Carolina, then subsequently losing to them, has cost us a NY6 bowl game. Had we not played them, won tonight, and Florida and Miami both lose, we are in a Ny6 bowl game.
I do it once a week. Usually on Mondays. I usually eat terribly over the weekends and its a good reset. The biggest problem with the 24 hour fast is I end up so ravenous that I have to be careful not ending up eating more calories when I end the fast than I would on a normal day.

Everything now makes sense. You definitely have some hangry issues in this thread(edit-mostly in the chicken choking thread)

I'm currently 21 hours into my 24 hour intermittent fast. Nothing sounds more logical to me than to die on this particular hill at this particular moment.

I wonder how many of the computer rankings are still using data from last season because of how few games some teams have player? I wonder what it would look like if that data were dropped out.
The committee's rankings are nothing more than working backwards to justify the placing of the top teams and those in contention. They have to give the top teams victories over ranked opponents, so they make the opponents ranked. It really has made the game worse. Lets go back to computer rankings.
I think the Iowa State ranking is nothing more than to placate the Big-12 and will ensure that the winner (I assume they think Oklahoma because that Iowa State loss is bad) of the conference will ultimately fall just outside the playoff

Yeah I'm starting to think that a committee makes sense in a 68 team basketball tournament, but when there are only four spots, the humans screw it up too much with their biases. Everyone hated the BCS, but it did a pretty decent job of picking the top two. The humans had their input with the polls, but there were also lots of other allegedly unbiased input from computers. I'd like to see the BCS ranking formula applied to a the four team playoff format to see what it does.
It’s absurd, but not surprising. No way we should be below Iowa and North Carolina. Notice they dropped Cincinnati too. It’s amazing how predictably biased this committee is. You’d think they’d at least try to look impartial. Coastal's ranking may be the most inexplicable of all. They're undefeated with wins against two ranked team (including one against a team that Iowa State lost to at home by 17), but they're 6 spots lower than 2 loss Iowa State? The committee's love affair with Iowa State is inexplicable.

Kind of surprised that the committee only dropped BYU to 18, essentially swapping positions with Coastal Carolina.
