I gotta side with SU on his Sitake take with the exception that he wasn't hired in a panic. He was hired from a pool of potential HCs that was maybe 3 people deep. The problem BYU has is that there are no good realistic head coaching options. Inexperience. Frankly OC is the toughest coaching job on the field. It's difficult when you have great players. It's much worse when you have our cast of characters and your starting QB goes down early in the season and you can't find a consistent back. With that said I thought Ty steadily improved as the season progressed. It's unfortunate that Tanner went down as he was progressing as well.Originally posted by LiveCoug View PostComment
