I think the Cougars have shown more stamina this year than last year with a challenging start to the season. MSU is the defending Big Ten champion but seems down this year. They beat Furman (shout out to OceanBlue, I think) and a worse-than-initially-thought Notre Dame. They were pummeled at home by a really strong Wisconsin team and lost a close one on the road at Indiana.
For as much as the Cougars seem to still be settling into their new offense and defense, they've held their own against five solid teams so far. I predict a better outcome than the last road game in the state of Michigan. :-)
