You are confusing plays, bonehead. The high throw to Jergens was the first interception that should have ended the game. The second interception to end the game was not a rocket and not a high throw.

The first interception was obviously horrible. And that's the kind of play that can lose a game for you.

The last two, I don't really have much blame at all for Hill (or Detmer). Random, fluky events. The last one, you could make an argument that it was a risky throw, but I don't really think so. We wanted to win the game in regulation, and I don't think it was that risky of a play.

The last int was dumb. Dumb to run a post with two high safeties and dumb to throw it there. Check down and give Almond a chance to make me hate kickers even more.

I don't like losing, but this loss didn't bother me. It was an entertaining game. Offense made some good improvement. We had a chance to win.

After two losses it was the Poinsetta bowl for us no matter what we did. All I care about now is getting to 6 wins so I can see them in a bowl game.
