Help Wanted: Who replaces Bronco?

Yeah, it took nearly ten years for my Cal friends to stop ripping on Holmoe. On the plus side, at nearly every meal I have with them they say Larry Scott was an idiot to have taken Colorado instead of BYU, as BYU is the superior program and would have maintained the conference's emphasis on dual rivalries.Originally posted by creekster View PostI saw that act at Cal. No thanks.

No kidding... Holmoe thinking that there is 30-40 candidates out there. LOL.Originally posted by old_gregg View Postalso, that press conference was depressing"If there is one thing I am, it's always right." -Ted Nugent.

Goodbye Bronco, I will be pulling for you to win in Charlottesville.
And on that note, bring on a new guy. The program needs some juice. I'd rather lose in the short term with The Guy Who Makes Us Relevant Again, than accept the status quo (win 7-9 games, lose a few we should have won, lose to Utah).
We didn't fire Brono, he left. Fine. Turn the page, pull the string, next man up, etc."Sure, I fought. I had to fight all my life just to survive. They were all against me. Tried every dirty trick to cut me down, but I beat the bastards and left them in the ditch."

what an awful troll. You've lost your touch, man.Originally posted by SeattleUte View PostAwesome. BYU is screwed. Bronco is irreplaceable. With the mullahs in charge and the Church getting tougher on the Honor Code for athletes, and with missions, etc., and Utah in the Pac 12, this job isn't as easy or attractive as it used to be. And they'll get a Big 12 invitation when hell freezes over. BYU needs to high tail it back to the MWC and choose their new coach very carefully. Probably Boise State is a good model.
What a clever hire by Virginia. And I finally have good reason to respect Bronco. You won't hear him say football isn't no. 1 again. lol.Prepare to put mustard on those words, for you will soon be consuming them, along with this slice of humble pie that comes direct from the oven of shame set at gas mark “egg on your face”! -- Moss
There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock

Hans said the same thing as Monsen. He stated things between Hill and KWitt have not improved and the KWitt may be ready to move on.
It's a long shot but I'd wager Holmoe makes a run at Kyle.
I'm said to see Bronco. I think, considering BYU's institutional limitations, he was an excellent fit. It's quite possible that one year from now CB will be full of posters who a ruing the day Bronco moved on.
I'd like to add a Poppinga and Scalley to the list of candidates.
