        By the way, BYU fans "really disliking Steve Tate"? I don't get that vibe at all. He has always seemed like a great guy to me.

          He was hated on Cougarboard during his playing days and for years after. I'm not being critical here. He was a very brash personality, which tends to get under the skin of opposing fans. I'm guessing that attitude towards him has changed after all he went through with his son and his follow-up charity work.

            Interesting. I guess I didn't pay that much attention to Steve Tate in the early days. Seems very chill now.

            I don't recall that much dislike of Alex Smith either.

            Maybe this is all because I generally avoid CB.

                        JazzyUte was the dude who joked about the Branch Davidians. The weird family(?) Podcast people are the ones who mocked Sanders and HBCUs.

                        My favorite part of all of this is that Utah fans are blaming this all on BYU fans. Its BYU fan's fault being they are the ones pointing out... Utah fan's bad behavior?

                          Their world is being shattered by realizing that (1) not everyone hates BYU like they do and (2) the vast majority of the Big12 hate them far more than they would ever care to hate byu because of Utah fans' own disrespectful and boorish behavior over the last 15 months. Cognitive dissonance is hard work.
