Im not surprised at all. I never liked the hire in the first place. Sark usually wins 7 games. All this means is that the process has been set in motion. As SeattleUte noticed, Sark After Dark is helping things out by hastening his own demise.

Utah is going to win the national championship. I am preparing myself for this reality. I work with multiple Utah fans, and they talk about how Utah always finds a way to screw things up. After hearing this enough, and remembering the feelings of dread in 2004, 2008, and 2011, I realized that Utah is going to win it all.

I'm not sure how any Utah fan can feel persecuted. That's BYU's corner. Utah is living a charmed life. Unfortunately 2004 happened, improbably 2008 happened, and inexplicably Utah was invited to the Pac 12. It's happening again. The dominoes are lining up. The Pac 12 is just good enough to give Utah credibility, but none of the teams is good enough to beat Utah. So Utah will be in the playoffs. From there, Whittingham has shown that he is very good at preparing his teams for big bowl games, and no one looks unbeatable this year. If Hell has degrees, this is setting up to be my deepest degree of sports Hell.

Utes will more than likely lose at least one of those games. That being said, Utah has 7 home games this year and only 5 roadies. Cal, ASU and UCLA, probably the most difficult games, are all at home.
