Coaches Top 25 poll came out.

It really doesn't seem that long ago I thought we were a better program than TCU. They're ranked number 2.

The last few years I have finally accepted Boise St. as our equal, distasteful for me to say. They are the only non P-5 ranked. Again it doesn't seem that long ago I would expect that would be us.

Utah, don't give them much thought anymore. They aren't in the Top 25 any.

I think the biggest change though has to be my BYU vs USU thoughts. USU gets 4 top 25 votes and we get 3. Tell me that is a misprint.

I am not going to predict 12-0 this year, so get ready for a 12-0 season.

All we have to do is beat Nebraska and we get more votes on the next one than USU, guaranteed. Lose to the Huskers and it doesn't matter anyway.

Brown and Hine step up an provide what we need this year. Jamaal returns next year and takes some pressure off Tanner. Everything is fine!

we didnt have Jamaal for a chunk of last year and the offense averaged about 25ppg using Xtian under center. let's allow Jamaal some room to copulate in peace. we will be ok.

Offense averaged 39 per game with Stewart and without Jamaal.

I don't have a lot of faith in the defense this year, they may need that 39 a game to win.

While I'm bummed, it's not the end of the world. I'm not worried about the offense at all with a healthy Taysom.

None at all, as far as I'm concerned. Our D needs ALL the help it can get. Like others mentioned, our O should have been limping along without our starting QB and RB, but we were smashing red zones instead. We got a pretty deep RB unit even without Jamaal. Let's see if Carter can show and prove with a few more reps.
