Auburn might be the best sec team, but also no way they go undefeated with their schedule. If they do they should no question be the 1 seed.

Gionni Paul in his debut game for the Utes had 14 tackles, 1 INT, and a fumble recovery. He was named Athlon's defensive player of the week. Paul is going to be huge for the Utes this year. With Utah playing primarily a 4-2-5 this year with Paul and Norris (and Orchard playing some LB), I'm not worried about Utah's LBers for the first time in years.

Utes look better than expected and much of the PAC looks not as dominant as expected. I can see them getting to 8 wins this season if they get a few bounces. Also, Travis Wilson has to stop being a dunce. wtf was up with that??

That being said, the WSU game this weekend looks like it might be a little more competitive than anticipated. WSU looked pretty good against Oregon.

The Tubes get smashed by the Utes. The Utes looked better than I expected with Paul looking fantastic, and that punt return was great. I was surprised how well WSU played against Oregon. And I didn't focus upon the Utes' Oline to know how they'll do against the Dline of WSU. Truth is, I flipped during BYU commercials, so I only saw bits and pieces.

Utes are favored by 10 and I think Kyle likes to cover spreads. While looking that up I was surprised to see BC who beat USC are only 3 pt favorites over Colorado St.

I like Utah's offense this year a lot. Wilson is a good QB and Utah has really good and experienced WRs. Tim Patrick finally showed some sign of why he was getting so much preseason hype. Utah has 2 solid RBs in Booker and Poole. Utah finally appears to have some depth and talent on offense.

While I don't believe the Utah rejected Blackmon's LOI story, if Utah really was choosing between Clay and Blackmon, they made the right choice. Both have been non-existent in as WRs, but Clay has been the much better special team player.

I expect Utah to put up points against Wazzu.

Riley Jensen was on the radio the other day mocking all the idiots who think halting the rivalry for a while will be good for the state because is it is too intense. Said they should be ashamed to call themselves sports fans. Amen, Riley.
