I'm not so sure. Having sex In the open with lots of witnesses and admitting it was with consent. Then the other guy "jumps in" and she now doesn't consent. How was that communicated? Did she scream? Say someThing? Was she held down? Without some such fact I think it is not only a pretty hard case to prove, but I think it's pretty hard to justify the charge. Sure it's all pretty reprehensible, but I don't think that justifies a charge.

Are you being serious? The guy she gave consent to was her boyfriend. The other wasn't. Does having sex in public, as pathetic as that is, constitute an invitation for any random guy to jump in? That's absurd.

It is weird. Two teams that were regularly in the middle to lower end of the big-12 have been in the top half of the SEC.
