It doesn't make sense to me that this would fit within the goals of a high school, and especially a school district, which makes the decision for a high school.
LOL. Compared to Texas these guys are pikers. You should have seen my kids reaction the first time we went to LP for a game.

This all just seems so wong...

Someone had to make that pun...

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

I can only imagine. I bet they were insufferable.

Chips off the old block! Sitting on bleachers to watch a game was pretty serious downgrade to say the least.

This is where our HS in TX played. And this is pretty minimalist compared to lot of them.

Like this for example ... I think this is where Uncle Ted's kids go.

That's incredible. I need to catch some Texas HS football now that my son lives there.

Uncle Ted lives in Allen? Holy cow, my HS girlfriend was an Allen Eagle.

Your stadium doesn't look too different from Haggar Stadium at Jesuit.

That Allen stadium is really the outlier...TX HS stadiums are bigger than UT and CA for sure, but not all are bigger than the old Rice-Eccles.

                    Mine is very unimpressive.

One of my kids went there. This is where PBW's kids go.

You should plan on coming down for labor day weekend. I usually go to 3-4 HS games just that weekend. There are always some great matchups at SMU and Cowboy's stadium on that Friday, Saturday, and Monday. The Herbstreit Classic is not happening at Cowboys Stadium this year, however. I am wondering if Jones will bring something else in.

                        How does Utah eligibility work?

In Texas, it was pretty serious business. What led me to Jesuit in the first place was my family was seriously thinking of moving mid year and even if you move primary residence, you have to sit out a year and i didn't want to miss a year of hoops so I went to private school where we could do whatever we wanted.

Is it basically "open borders" in Utah? That would be nuts if so.

Aha! Funny how this board generally mirrors the alumni demo of BYU: Utah, California, Idaho, Texas, Nevada

Improved from when I was there with the single bleacher section behind the visitors sideline. Must have set Cate back a few.
