Probably no longer reasonable to assume that Bronco told this kid about his mission stats.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

      You're right; I'm wrong.

      You're good; I'm bad.

You're good looking: I'm not attractive.

Okay. As long as you're willing to admit that.

Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If your ideas are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats.

Plenty of anti BYU people go to church every week. How come you can't be a nice atheist like RF?

Only if you assume Bronco wasn't recruiting him when he was the DC in 2003.

We've been hard on AC. He's softening up quite a bit. He's more raw than RF and likely significantly undersexed (comparatively speaking) as well. Makes for a nasty combo.

I think it's safe to assume that Bronco wasn't recruiting offensive linemen.

If Moranville was a city, you would be the guy begging for change on the corner.

.My statement was simply that the recruiter was using religion to manipulate him.

I have zero outrage about BYU's willingness to inject religion into their recruiting process. In fact, I encourage it. Doing so will give a glass ceiling to what BYU can achieve in recruiting. It does not work with very many high end kids who have options.

                        Please keep it up, BYU.

Many schools divide recruiting by location, not position. It allows for a coach to develop relationship with the HS coaches in an area over time. I don't know how Crowton distributed his assistants during his tenure. But assuming that he wasn't the same position, therefore not his recruiter would be foolhardy.

Wasn't there some rumor out there that Bronco as DC under Crowton had opted out of recruiting?
