  • bleh. That was sure a letdown. I really needed a final play, despite having cheered for Oregon.

BoylenOver will soon turn his focus to the Crimson Tide.

        • I assume that the center is allowed to snap the ball as soon as the Umpire places it and the Referee starts the clock rolling? It looked to me like WI was waiting for the Umpire to back up into his position, and that was enough for the two seconds to run off.

          • Congrats to HFN and his boys on a great rose bowl game and a duck victory.

True that. I hope they're soaking it all in. Some great memories made. Looks like they have had a blast.

              • Yeah, so, Oklahoma State - at least the defense - did not come out flat after the NC snub.
Awesomeness now has a name. Let me introduce myself.

Ditto. Where's HFN been lately, anyway?

I really hope Hawk made the trip. During the game, I thought of that kid, and how a year ago I believe he was in an Ethiopian orphanage in the grimmest of circumstances, and how a year later he's enjoying the Rose Bowl experience (as much as any toddler can) with a superb family. That may be the 2011 CUF Story of the Year. I'm glad the Ducks were able to put a nice finishing touch on things.

                        • Great work by the Ducks!

Hope Stanford gets it done also.

                          • Also, a big congrats to the myriad Oregon fans in far NorCal who have no ties to the state of Oregon or to the University, and who were wearing Cal gear 3 years ago. I look forwared to you making that O with your hands all week!

Everyone in Oregon is a Ducks fan today. Everyone today seems to be wearing some sort of Ducks gear or flying a flag. Strange because this is Beaver territory for the most part.

One of the best stories I've ever heard. Makes me want to be a better person.
